You and your child's personal information will only be used for the Help Me Grow Alameda County's Developmental Screening Program and will not be shared or sold. Your participation in this program will not impact any county services your family receives. We only collect personal information that is necessary for the services we provide, and we always obtain consent before collecting any sensitive information. Data are collected using ASQ Online, a secure third-party platform and are shared through a personalized link to a HIPAA compliant website. Screening results will only be stored for 30 days, after the 30 days the information will be deleted from the system. Help Me Grow is a First 5 Alameda County program supported by public funds.
